Manufacturing Associate Job at Sandvine – Waterloo, ON

The Opportunity:

As a member of the Manufacturing department you’ll be part of a dynamic team creating the next generation hardware for management, monitoring, licensing and configuration of network elements. You will work with Materials Supervisors and Manufacturing Leads in order to build, test and release key hardware components. You are someone passionate who keeps up with the latest technologies and is ready to pick up any tools necessary to deliver our vision.

The Job

  • Work on a cross-functional team composed of Materials Supervisors, Procurement Analysts, and Manufacturing Leads
  • Own major components of the end hardware product including building, testing and materials management
  • Product assembly and dismantle
  • Inventory counts
  • ESS and burn in changes
  • RMA Handling
  • Kitting
  • Develop highly agile time management and critical thinking skills
  • Operate in accordance with ISO procedures

What Skills You Bring

  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience( Electronic Assemble line background)
  • Hardware assembly and testing experience (stress, heat, etc )
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Experience in the Telecom industry is an asset
  • Familiarity with SAP is an asset
