DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure excellent guest experiences
Must have bartending experience
Ability to demonstrate high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment while acting as a team player
Coaching and mentoring a great team while being involved in decisions for the store
Commit to a high stand product with food and beverage programs
Mentor and train employees on a regular basis
Hiring and training new additions to the team
Maintain building cleanliness and upkeep
Administrative tasks required
Organizing and conducting pre-shift meetings and communicating pertinent information to all staff
Employee scheduling
Driving product and service culture, continually checking with guests and service staff
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
