POSITION
The Dior Retail Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization in our retail boutiques. By working closely with their Boutique Manager/Director, the Trainee supports the organization’s short and long-term objectives through day to day operations and delivering the best in class client service per Company standards.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with their retail team to develop initiatives to improve business results, presents plan to Management team
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and welcoming environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging customers, maintaining housekeeping standards, having solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping, where needed
Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise, when necessary
Arranges and coordinates client appointments and events as needed
Provide support when needed to the selling floor
Participate in Boutique operational procedures and inventories
Assist customer services and cycle counts (repair issues, preparation)
Use proper telephone etiquette when answering the phone, taking messages, answering customer inquiries, and when transferring calls
Assist in efficiently ringing on registers and accurately maintain all cash and media at the registers
Maintain orderly appearance of register area and keep supplies stocked
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time

Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with internal and external groups
Strong time management skills and prioritization
Ability to multitask and show flexibility across priorities
Ability to operate all equipment and programs necessary to perform the job
Ability to work a full-time schedule, with varied hours/days
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels of the organization and the public
Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
Potential to move into a permanent role.
