Randstad is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to work in a customer service environment. This is a temporary to permanent work from home position. To find out more, read below:

Type: Contract to hire

Start Date: September 6th 2022

Location: Work from Home

Pay:$19/hour

Hours of operation: Monday – Friday 7am – 11pm (Rotational, between 30h-48h per week)

Work from Home – work anywhere in Ontario!

Responsibilities

Handling inbound calls from customers

assisting with general inquiries

updating customers accounts after each transaction

Some outbound calls and emails

Provide top notch service on each call

Qualifications

Bilingual in French and English is a MUST – English only candidates will NOT be considered

Technical and computer navigation skills

quick learner

customer service or call center experience is a must
