Call Operator (no cold calling)

The Job:
You will need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, diriven and have great office skills.
This role will suit someone currently working in a Customer Service Team (Inbound call centre experience will be highly regarded) experience in high volume calls, live chat and email resolution is essential.

The role includes:

• Working in a team who’s key role is to respond to all customer enquiries received via phone and email
• Working across all aspects of our helpdesk in a timely manner aiming for a one touch customer service experience;
• Providing end to end resolution of all customer enquiries or queries
• Handle client disputes with compassion and care
• Record all communication and actions performed accurately and thoroughly;
• Perform daily administration tasks and achieve KPIs outlined by the team leader
• Demonstrate an outstanding customer experience in all aspects of your interactions

Essential:

• Experience in a contact centre, administration or retail
• A positive attitude and exceptional work ethic;
• A love of helping others and providing a positive interaction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• An excellent customer-centric focus;
• Good time management skills and the ability to work autonomously and within a team;
• The ability to problem solve;
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in a contact centre environment would be highly regarded
